Deconstructing Series

Deconstructing is a compilation zine series published by Intersectional Press.

Volume I, Deconstructing the Complex, is a zine amplifying the experiences of marginalized individuals within the nonprofit industrial complex and/or targets of the white savior complex that oftentimes drives it.

Volume II, Deconstructing the DPD, explores the world of police abolition and dreams of the world we can build in its place.

Both volumes are available in our shop.

Volume III, Deconstructing Settler Colonialism, is now accepting submissions! From Palestine to Turtle Island, settler colonialism is one of the oppressive threads that unites us all. Whether focused on gentrification or genocide, we invite all of your writings and arts focused explaining, fighting, or dismantling settler colonialism in its many forms.

Zine pages will be 7 inches long x 8.5 inches high and printed in color. All forms of self expression are welcome. Submissions from folks who hold marginalized identities will be centered. Creators of submissions that are chosen for publication will be given a $75 stipend. You can submit at bit.ly/SetColSubmission.
